Interserve Summer Team 2013

Life is busy! Not everyone has the time to take months off work or university. That is why this summer, Interserve is giving people the opportunity to get a cross-cultural experience by going away for just a couple of weeks as part of a small team.

We're excited to announce that for two weeks in July we're taking a team to work in a small, coastal town in the Arab World.

The team will be working in a local school, helping to provide a summer camp for the students. It will be full of games, creative art as well as 'chapel' times. It will be a lot of fun and will have great opportunities to invest in the lives of these students as well as their teachers. It is an amazing opportunity to really make a difference in the lives of these great children over a couple of weeks, as well as supporting the staff there and impacting the neighbourhood.

This will be a challenging assignment, not for the faint-hearted, but if you're looking for something that will stretch and challenge you next summer, you need look no further! The people of this region are incredibly friendly, it's a fascinating place to visit and you could really make a difference, not least to yourself!
