To train Afghan ophthalmologists in specific evaluation and treatment techniques such as: vitreoretinal surgery PKP/LKP prosthetic implantation evaluation and treatment of retinoblastoma chemotherapy and laser therapy orbit blow-out fracture surgery pediatric ophthalmology and glaucoma.
S/He is an accredited ophthalmologist a highly motivated independent worker and thinker who is still a team player. S/He is able to teach theory and demonstrate clinical/surgical principals/procedures. Functional English is needed.
